Our Come and Take It (Gonzales Battle) 3' x 5' Flag is constructed with durable nylon fabric for long-lasting color outdoors. Finished with a heavy-duty canvas heading, solid brass grommets, and four rows of reinforced stitching on the fly end, our flags withstand the most extreme weather conditions. A simple slogan dares anyone to "Come and Take It" - today, the slogan is making a comeback with Americans concerned about gun control.

It was most famously used during the Texas Revolution in 1835 at the Battle of Gonzales. The battle was over a cannon that the Mexican authorities had given the town to protect themselves from frequent Comanche raids. When the state started to revolt, the Mexican troops asked for the cannon back, to which they refused. During the battle, the Texans raised a homemade white banner with an image of the cannon painted in black, over the words "Come and Take It."

Most orders ship within 1 business day. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery on some of the International and Historic flags as well as some Specialty and State flags. Shipments on orders received after 1pm may be delayed until the next business day.

Most orders ship via USPS Priority or Speedee for local deliveries. UPS or FedEx shipping is available upon request; however, additional fees will apply to orders shipped via UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to destinations outside the United States. We will email the tracking number once order is processed.

Returns

You may return any item for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a refund, exchange, or credit. During the holidays, items purchased between November 1st and December 31st can be returned until January 31st. Shipping, handling, and all other fees are not refundable.
